Position Zonal Sales Manager

Salary Range  upto 12 Lacs pa CTC

Preferred Age   40 - 50 Years

Head Quarter/Location  Hyderabad/ Banglore

Area to be covered South Zone

Education   1 Graduate in any discipline

 2 MBA from a good institute may be preferred

Expérience  Candidate with 15 to 20 years of experience in mainstream FMCG Industry Ideally having worked in fast growing FMCG companies, and has gone through the evolution and development of sales, distribution and market support systems to deliver rapid growth Candidate should have a rich Sales & distribution expansion background and should have worked extensively in Distribution development and Sales growth that delivered exponential growth for the organization

In addition, the candidate should possess excellent Leadership skills, analytical skills, innovative problem solving skills and sharp execution competence The candidate must have lead a team of RSMs & ASMs in the FMCG Industry

  • Responsible for Distribution Development, Sales Growth to deliver rapid market share enhancement and volume growth in his Zone

  • Reporting directly to Sales Head & will lead a team of 4 to 5 ASMs and approx 20 Sales Officer in his Zone

  • Build team and motivate them for high performance

  • Attitudinal/Personality Traits

    The individual should be a good thinker, strong planner, and have good situational leadership skills to succeed Most importantly he must have an entrepreneurial ‘do-er’ mindset, and possess the ability to overcome people and process challenges that development initiatives can present

    The Zonal Sales Manager is the one focal point whose passion, perseverance and leadership is responsible to enhance overall organisational revenue and growth through the successful execution of the sales and distribution initiatives in his Zone

    Looking for a dynamic Sales person who is self-starter, highly motivated, ambitious, positive, creative and innovative thinker, who possesses strong selling ability with excellent communication  and interpersonal skills, ability to  execute effectively and possesses strong leadership skills
