We at Hector & Streak Consulting Pvt Ltd have an opening for the post of Zonal Sales Manager South with a well know Building Material company in India Job TitleZonal Sales Manager South Direct Reporting to National Sales Head Direct Reports 4-6 Team Size30 Associates Job Location Chennai JOB PURPOSE Responsible for delivering the Volume and Value Targets in South II, and managing the team to ensure market share objectives of the organisation with focus on distribution health KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Managing distribution network for multiple states in West Zone to include Chennai, ROTN & Kerala, through team BMs/TEs/SSTE/Associates Achieving Primary/Secondary/Tertiary sales objectives in theassigned zone & driving BTL Activities within budget Manage the correct product mix to ensure profitability Key Account Management Drive growth of all key accounts in the assigned territory Meeting A/B category outlets at the specified frequency to build relationships resulting in increased market share and business Retention and Growth of team through execution of performance management process Formulating, Planning and Executing BTL and other marketing programs Drive New Product and Channel Expansion Initiatives to ensure max spread Drive Semi Urban reach through Super Stockists KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS Achievement of Volume and Value Targets as per AOP Expand the Reach/Depth of distribution in the assigned territory to meet Top and Bottom line targets Ensuring right product mix as per Operational plan Relationship management with Distributors and Cat A outlets to achieve sales/market share objectives Retention and Growth of team through performance/motivation and incentive earnings (frontline attrition < 10 PERCENT 25 pa) Communication/Monitoring of schemes and timely settlement (subsequent month) for trade QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Minimum Qualifications Graduate/MBA Specific experienceAround 12-18years in Dealer channel sales Exposure in Paints/ Adhesive/ Lighting/ Architecture &Construction Industry is preferable OR Management Trainee from Tier 1 institute having work ex of 4-5 years with minimum one exposure in Paint/Ply/ Lighting/Construction industry Overall experience Same as above/Working Knowledge of multiple markets essential Target Companies Consumer Durable/ Lighting Cos/ Pidilite/Asian Paints/Berger Paints/ Ply Industry/Glass & Sanitary/ home appliances/in channel sales
