About the Role

- We are hiring a passionate, driven and fast-learning Growth Manager to be at the frontline of partner engagement, acquisition and retention Your primary responsibility will be identifying new untapped business opportunities and onboarding new high-value partners in the online-first space You will learn, understand and grow in your partnerships with the top Indian and international merchant partners Current merchant partners include Amazon, Flipkart, MakeMyTrip, Myntra, curefit and PayTM among hundreds of others

- Additionally, you will also help build initial business traction through close and meaningful relationships with these merchants You will have the pulse of the merchants and will bring product and market feedback back into the organization to identify opportunities and recommend solutions including new product opportunities, product enhancements, channel mix and go-to-market strategies

- You will work to deliver tangible value to the partners through our product portfolio, while playing a vital part in ZestMoneys growth story forward You will report directly to an experienced Senior Manager with expertise and knowledge in the area

- You will collaborate with cross-functional partners (eg, Risk, Marketing, Product, Operations, Analytics) to ensure successful development and deployment of new partnerships You will participate in strategic brainstorming and implementation of new business development initiatives

About you

- You are an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English and the ability to partner and influence across functions and levels

- You are a self learner and love to keep yourself updated on the latest developments in the business world

- You are curious, challenge the status quo and ask questions constantly with the intent to solve problems or innovate or enhance

- You love making customers happy and you get a buzz from hearing customers talk about what you have built

- You work with a structured approach, and are skilled at balancing between short-term needs and long-term investments

- You are proficient in quantitative analyses, influencing with data (eg, funnel, cohorts, benchmarks), building business cases, and communicating data-driven insights to analytical and non-analytical audiences

- You are of high integrity and have a clear and visible set values

- You are a - Do-er-, a fast learner, who isn- t scared to ask questions and doesn- t just accept status quo

- You are high energy, hard working and demonstrate consistency in your work

- You also demonstrate calmness under pressure, can cope with ambiguity and change

- You will be kind, compassionate and a true culture carrier of any company you belong to

- You have 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, Business Development and/or Product management ideally in the Fintech Industry
