About the Role

We are looking for a self-driven, innovative & seasoned BTL marketer who has a fair exposure into retail & modern trade wing of business Your primary responsibility will be to establish dominance in visibility in-store and in market and thus influencing mind share of customers Prospective candidate should have proven experience in introducing cost effective brand collateral to market which will be successful alternate to the existing offline brand elements

Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for brand execution across offline partners

- Drive visibility at offline channels

- Drive regional connect

- Ensure brand hygiene

- Optimize brand resources without compromising recall

- Offline activation & acquisition

- Offline events

- Agency management (Merchandising/Activation/Events/Promotions)

- Build innovative brand elements

- Competition tracking (offline)

- You will empower the sales team with best in class visibility and drive emotional connect among customers by making meaningful regional brand interventions

- You will work closely with Director, Marketing & rest of brand team to share market inputs with strategy team on what adaptations should the offline sales team make

- You will collaborate with cross-functional partners (eg, sales, product, strategy) to ensure successful development and deployment of brand collaterals You will participate in strategic brainstorming and implementation of new business development initiatives

About you

- You possess good experience of working in retail/offline space and have been part of brand success stories and are well versed with visibility matrices in offline world

- You are an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English and the ability to partner and influence across functions and levels

- You are a self-learner and love to keep yourself updated on the latest developments in the business world

- You are curious, like to challenge the status quo and ask questions constantly with the intent to solve problems or innovate or enhance

- You love making customers happy and you get a buzz from hearing customers talk about what you have built

- You work with a structured approach, and are skilled at balancing between short-term needs and long-term investments

- You are proficient in quantitative analyses, influencing with data (eg, funnel, cohorts, benchmarks), building business cases, and communicating data-driven insights to analytical and non-analytical audiences

- You have high integrity and have clear and visible set values

- You are a Doer, a fast learner, who isnt scared to ask questions and doest just accept status quo

- You are driven, hardworking and demonstrate consistency in your work

- You also demonstrate calmness under pressure, can cope with ambiguity and change

- You will be kind, compassionate and a true culture carrier of any company you belong to

- You have 7+ years of experience in Brand building, planning & execution and managing agencies in offline space
