Job Description:

Xoxoday is looking for talented and experienced Area Sales managers who can thrive in a fast-paced unrestricted start-up environment This is an opportunity to join early in the companys journey, to shape the organization, help build the team, and make a significant impact on the companys future trajectory

Responsibilities

- Develop account/ territory selling strategies

- Identify and properly qualify business opportunities

- Manage all steps of the selling process ; coordinate complex decision-making in order to overcome objections to closure

- Support the implementation process by maintaining customer contact, answering service billing questions and effecting a smooth and successful transition to account management post-implementation

- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management in a timely and consistent manner

- Create a lead qualification process

- Embody company culture and maintain high sales employee engagement

- Meet predetermined revenue goals through the activities of direct reports

- Ensure correct usage of CRM and other sales applications

- Understand the product and the competitive products to be able to demonstrate our value proposition effectively to clients

- Develop and execute account strategy and road maps for a long term relationship

- Develop and maintain relationships with decision makers in the market

- Achieve quarterly quotas

What youll need for this role

- 4 to 10 years of B2B, enterprise, SaaS sales experience

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory

- Willingness for extensive travel

- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving team

- Energetic and highly motivated

Location Pune/ Mumbai/ Hyderabad
