Roles and Responsibilities

- Handling more then 01 warehouse at the same time

- Liaising with internal sales & supply team for weekly/monthly supply visibility & communicate with partners to have easy supply flow

- Monthly / Weekly allocation to partners to ensure PO /SO/Dispatch/Delivery slot in coordination with internal finance /taxation/logistics to ensure supply for upcoming sales and sell-in contribution

- Ensure on-time dispatch/delivery as per agreed TAT with logistics to ensure timely supply to meet sales targets

- Coordinate with internal sales team for smooth operation

- Managing damage/ short shipment / partner queries and closure with partners & internal logistics & finance team till credit note release

- Analysing data to ensure agreed TAT & identify improvement areas

- Weekly/Monthly discussion with cross functional team like Sales, Logistics, Finance & Taxation on operational challenges & improvement plan

- Meeting Partners to understand operational challenges and action plan to improve C-SAT

- Identify improvement areas in operational process and optimization plan and executing

- Managing 10 members team and mentoring the team towards operation excellence

- Conducting weekly/Monthly team review towards agreed KPI & deliverables

- Keeping the SCM service level as agreed with all stake holders

- Daily, weekly, monthly reports to Mgmt & other stake holders

- Responsible for E2E purchase and GRN from suppliers

- Liaising with suppliers on daily/ weekly basis to get the stocks

- Creating plan ID in PSS and SRM ( ERP) requirements to meet the process guideline

- Liaising with Logistics team to place the trucks & on time, dispatch and inbound process

- Liaising with SCM channel SPOCs to support FDS billing & delivery to partners

- Conduct RCA & CAPA for not meeting the requirements of supplier and logistics

- Maintaining the KPI, KRA & KBD

- Keeping the SCM service level as agreed with all stake holders

- Daily, weekly, monthly reports to Mgmt & other stake holders
