Job Description:

- Purchase contract finalization liaising with both internal & external biz stake holders and Indian legal team

- On boarding process for new vendor in Xiaomi system as per agreement

- Creating monthly purchase plan in coordination with supply planning team

- Aligning supplier as per purchase plan and releasing purchase orders

- Aligning internal finance & logistics team as per purchase plan and sharing required input for WH, logistics planning

- Coordinating with HQ for new SKU creation and align supplier, logistics for system updation

- Maintaining purchase contract in SAP and enhance PO creation as per agreed price

- As per regional demand, planning distribution and aligning supplier and internal logistics team for dispatch, delivery & inbound as per TAT

- Conduct data analysis to ensure agreed TAT and improvement in process

- Conduct RCA & CAPA for not meeting the requirements of supplier and logistics

- Collaborating with supplier delivery team to ensure healthy flow and even distribution across region

- Conduct MBR & QBR with suppliers and submit score card and maintain relationship

- Coordinating with HQ & clearance team for Import shipment from PO creation, sailing, clearance & inbound in respective FC

- Managing 3-4 member team size

- Daily /weekly/ Monthly reports to management
