Job Description:



- A Senior ITSM Applications Support Analyst is responsible for the administration, development and support of the ServiceNow application in use at Worley

- Assist with ITSM application projects planning, testing and implementation

- Ensure project deployment as per conceptual design documentation and architecture

- Provide ITSM application training to technical teams and help desks

- Build and maintain Service Catalogues

- Users, Groups, Roles, Security Groups and Teams administration

- Global Reports creation and administration

- Responsible for technical administration of all ITSM modules currently in use as well as non-ITSM modules where applicable

- Create and maintain client scripts and business rules (JavaScript)

- Monitor software and server performance statistics

- Troubleshoot and resolve any potential ITSM application issues

- Adhere to ServiceNow best practices (update sets, table relationships & alterations, etc)

- Adhere to Worley Change Management principles to ensure the stability of UAT and production environments

- Develop clear and concise technical/process documentation

- Committed to results by taking personal responsibility for achieving mutually agreed upon individual/team objectives

- Is proactive, responsive and focused on anticipating future requirements and/or issues

- Recovers quickly after change, disruptions, or mistakes and can remain productive and focused Is adaptable and can apply lessons learned in one situation to another situation

- Collaborate with various Information Management (iM) groups, technical experts and solution providers in an effort to deliver efficient application environments and solutions that satisfy business requirements

Requirements

- 5+ years experience as a ServiceNow Administrator

- 3+ years experience with JavaScript

- Broad understanding of Worley software applications including but not limited to Windows, Citrix, Systems Centre Suite of Products, Active Directory and Office 365

- ITIL qualification desirable

- Experience working with Software as a Service

- Sound knowledge of industry standards and methodologies

- User experience with Microsoft environment communication packages (Office 365, SharePoint, Exchange, Skype for Business)

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Fluent in English and excellent written, oral and presentation communication skills

- Ability to work with globally dispersed virtual teams across a number of disciplines
