Job Description:

Wipro is looking for a dynamic, highly motivated and collaborative marketing manager This role requires you to closely with internal stakeholders and demands an individual who is agile and can ramp quickly into the highly collaborative marketing team

Roles and Responsibilities

- Define the product Go-To-Market Strategy and Value Proposition Development Generate leads by devising and executing multi-channel campaigns across mail, social media, webinars and workshops

- Manage Wipros participation in industry events end-to-end that includes brand visibility, engagement and lead generation strategies, theme, message, communications, design and vendor interactions

- Coordination and working with Business Units to support large ongoing opportunities via Demand Generation campaigns

- Define field-marketing programs like Road shows, promotional digital campaigns to target audience

- Build high-impact internal and customer-facing artefacts and collaterals including case studies, customer videos, POVs, playbooks and customer profiles that demonstrate the value and rare advantage of our products Develop content for collaterals, presentations, social media posts, event stories and newsletters

- Thought Leadership - Invent Point-of-view (POV) papers and blogs Conduct various relevant industry events to demonstrate thought leadership and gain mindshare

- Identify key influencers like analysts and advisors to engage effectively and achieve high media share-of-voice and analyst endorsements Develop Analyst Relations, handle interactions with Analysts Firms & coordinate participation

- Enhance BU positioning by creating unique vale propositions & elevator pitches for differentiated communication with clients & influencers especially including service offering content on website & Blogs

Role Demands

- Broad overall business acumen, industry knowledge, knowledge of Wipros areas of business

- Understanding and ability to originate and apply marketing concepts

- Ability to manage and build relationships in a matrixed organizational environment

- Ability to work autonomously and independently, yet integrate appropriately with other areas within

- Marketing & Communications and other areas within Wipro

- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with multiple stakeholder

- Ability to develop and apply creative solutions to complex issues

- High attention to detail and quality control

Experience and skill set required

- Understanding of B2B marketing

- Strong experience with digital campaigns, understanding of social media ( and Twitter)

- Proven experience in client credentials/ case study and marketing collateral development

- PG Degree preferably in Marketing, Communications or related field from premier B-School
