Job Description:

The People Partner team strives to create and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle Our team provides consistent support across people process, operations, and program management Our team is both a strategic partner and hands-on team focused on gathering business requirements, optimizing, and implementing people processes

Roles and responsibilities

- Build relationships with senior business leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution

- Consult with leaders to create a comprehensive people plan to influence lasting change

- Solve problems and get to the root cause of any issue, no matter how complex Design and quickly implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines, even those beyond people and organizational solutions

- Provide expertise in the following areas career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development

- Use and request data strategically; identify and surface trends in both qualitative and quantitative data to help improve organizational health, understand when data will assist in making smart, informed decisions Interpret complex analyses and tie back to business priorities

- This role requires rolling up your sleeves and getting your hands dirty, as well as working on strategic initiatives at the same time The turn around time for sensitive initiatives is short, so the role can be very demanding and requires quick, seamless and error-free action

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in business administration, Human Resources or related field is required

- 6-8 years of general HRBP experience or HR generalist experience

- Solid Excel skills that show proficiency in pivot tables, v-lookups and charts

- Proactive and able to organize and prioritize with limited guidance; work independently or within teams, and meet deadlines

- Genuine excitement and passion for leading root cause analysis and implementing fixes to operationalize a process

- Exceptional attention to detail and solid time management

- A welcoming and helpful attitude with high level of creativity, flexibility and openness to change
