About Your Job The incumbent will be responsible for analysing, enhancing and documenting qatarairwayscom change requests by co-coordinating with teams/departments to understand the business concept, impact and objectives

You will conduct end to end testing during deployment of changes on qatarairwayscom to achieve better customer experience thus increasing the overall revenue

Monitoring the website operations on a daily basis to ensure proper functioning of qatarairwayscom on different channels and devices in order to provide a five star experience for the customers

Accountabilities You will contribute to building business cases for new website functionalities by conducting sessions with subject matter experts and relevant stakeholder departments to understand the end-to-end business process, objectives, technical requirements and potential challenges prior to implementation
Document new website functionalities to be added to qatarairwayscom and its product road-map by gathering information from internal stakeholders and external parties (website users)
Assessing the impact of new website features after implementation to understand whether the expected objectives are met
To participate in daily standups with the relevant departments to review the daily status and progress of known bugs and issues
Ensure that the tracking on the website is correctly implemented to allow accurate distribution of visitor and booking data to the correct databases by implementing and monitoring marketing tags
Prepare and execute test cases across browsers, operating systems and devices to ensure technical functionality and user benefit is delivered and realised inline with the defined business case upon deployment of new website features
You will participate in defining the solution with the IT team to ensure requirements are translated correctly by reviewing the software architecture, components, designs and code (CSS/HTML)
Investigate website performance irregularities to identify problems by reviewing user feedback and system logs Rectify and conduct testing to functionalities are maintained and issues are addressed
Support regular competitive assessments and benchmark by collecting data from competition websites

About You Job Specific Skills Needed

Knowledge of responsive application development
The ability to clearly communicate are articulate detailed specifications (both written and verbally)
Work with multiple teams, clearly and towards a deadline
The ability to assemble, analyse and evaluate data and be able to make appropriate and well-reasoned recommendations and decisions to support the business teams
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies

Essential Technical Experience

College or University qualification to min Bachelors Degree (IT related)
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Must have working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager 62 (AEM 62) and above
Working experience with responsive website designs and development
Web accessibility and adherence to WCAG 20 guideline
Excellent Communication and Inter-personal skills, flexible and versatile to new environments, self-motivated a good team player and have worked in multicultural environment
Must have a good understanding of front end coding techniques (HTML/CSS/Javascript)

Preferred Technical Experience

Understanding of SEO for web application
Understanding of UI/UX design principle
Knowledge of Adobe Target and Analytics
Knowledge of Tag Management (GTM or Adobe Launch)
