You will be responsible for the user interface, interaction and visual design across all the functions of Developer Experience

You are a creative, passionate designer with a strong customer focus

You adeptly translate business needs into compelling visual solutions

You can break down business needs into simple user- centered designs

You must be responsive, flexible, and able to succeed in a fast- paced collaborative peer environment

Basic Qualification

Typography, visual design and project management experience

Design degree required

Online portfolio required

Adobe CS Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Fireworks, Dreamweaver, etc)

Knowledge of HTML5 required

HTML/ DHTML, CSS, and Flash action script coding is a plus

MS Office, Excel and Adobe Acrobat

Preferred Qualification

5 years of relevant experience working in an e- Commerce environment, ideally in a retail, publishing, ormedia company

Strong understanding of online UX

Experience of working in a fast- paced environment

A customer- centric design ethos

Experienced working closely with a Marketing / Commercial department to run campaigns with a clear ROI
