Bachelor/Master degree in creative design or IT BA (Fine Arts), BE, B Tech, MCA, BCA, BSc, etc
1-2 years experience in creative graphics and website designing
Good understanding & experience in designing innovative wireframes, mock-ups of entire website, microsite, landing pages, banners, brochures, case studies, templates, etc
Good understanding & experience in corporate branding, innovative color palates/themes, creative layouts, and typography in different digital mediums
Ability demonstrate illustrative skills with rough sketches
Excellent fluency with software like Photoshop, CorelDraw, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver
Should be able to understand the brief, research on his/her own and come up with alternative solutions
Education/training in Web Design/Development
Can-Do Positive Attitude
Deadline Orientation
Good communication skills (written & verbal)
Must be able to work well in a team environment
Strong time management skills

Creating clean and easy to use User Interface
Editing content
Designing webpage layout
Determining technical requirements
Updating websites
Creating back up files
Solving code problems related to Front End Development

Strong Knowledge on CSS3, HTML5, XHTML, JavaScript and Bootstrap
Ability to develop a website in static HTML and word press and have good knowledge about its customization
Ability to create Responsive Web Design
Multimedia programming and technology Email Template Design, CMS
Prior experience of Visualizing and creating web interfaces, advertising campaigns for the company
Expert knowledge of Corel Graphic Suit Photoshop, Adobe, JQuery, JSON, 3rd Party Tools, and social media integration and other design applications
Good knowledge of the latest Web Technologies, Cross Browser and Platform issues
Knowledge of different creative designs formats like AI/PSDs
Actively upgrading knowledgebase of digital marketing design aspects, market updates & trends and share with the team
Should be a good team player and cooperative
Professional approach to the assigned tasks with strict timeline adherence
