Essential Duties and Responsibilities (these are primary responsibilities of the role and the incumbent will perform other duties as assigned)

Support Receiving and Manufacturing resources on campus and within the receiving warehouse
Evaluate schedule and determine production materials needed
Stock and stage materials for production
Assist truck drivers with loading and unloading
Coordinate and transfer materials/product delivery to cleared storage or staging area and complete required inventory transfers at the time of movement
Segregate and stage materials per the enterprise resource system
Complete inventory transfer transactions to the appropriate warehouse location(s) at time of transfer
Coordinate recycling material pick-up and assist with recycling area organization (ie labeling, flow onto recycling truck)
Performs receiving activities includingTruck Unloading, damage inspection andreporting, content identification, item and quantity verification with purchase order, bill of lading verification
Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) transactions of purchased material
Content Identification labeling
Ensuring proper storage of material
Temperature monitor retrieval, manipulation, data filing and return
Communication with internal and external clients regarding material delivery and distribution
Completion of security inspections as required
Perform dispensing activities including counting/weighing of material for order fulfillment, identification of material for manufacturing use, coordination of material for transport to and return from manufacturing centers, appropriate packing / preparation of material for internal transport (including adherence to Department of Transportationregulations)
Preparation of material for delivery and use as requested by manufacturing areas
Perform general duties of warehouse, including cycle counting, temperature monitoring, work order picking, ERP navigation and use, inventory accuracy, material storage

Powered industrial truck operation, including other material handling equipment
Respond to Environmental Chamber alarms
Truck DrivingWill be required to drive company trucks for transport of material; will require a Chauffers license, and must adhere to other requirements for drivers
Uses computer systems provided by company to initiate reports, track and transact inventory, and other activities
Coordinate movement of material, order picking, between warehouses and all company locations
Proper completion of dangerous goods Bill of Lading (BOL) where required for carrying dangerous goods
Daily vehicle inspection and cleaning
Proper operation of temperaturecontrol unit
Re-fueling trucks at assigned intervals
Adherence to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations
Dispensing of material from Raw Materials warehouse
Must be able to operate barcode scanning equipment

Qualifications

Truck DrivingWill be required to drive company trucks for transport of material; will require a Chauffers license, and must adhere to other requirements for drivers
Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and the ability to use enterprise software (examples includeJDE, BPLM, Pilgrim, Trackwise, etc)
High school diploma or GED requiredAssociates degree preferred
Must be able to operate forklift and other material handling equipment
Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience
Must be able to obtain Hazardous Materials certification
Must have valid drivers license and ability to obtain Chauffers license

Physical / Safety Requirements

Must be able to walk and lift to support warehouse activities
Duties may require overtime work, including nights and weekends
