Job Description:

For Sales Executive - To Achieve over all business targets on volumes and profitability through client acquisition & Identification of Revenue potential of each client - Scope for possible product penetration and provide strategy on the specific clients - New clients acquisition in a structured manner either individually or with support groups, or supervisors - Weekly review to be done with various product groups and supervisors pertaining to numbers (plan Vs achievement) - Communicate all niche areas of the customer so that support functions help in resolving the same through process improvement For Tele-callers 1 Contacting potential customers to inform them about our product using a sales script 2 Answering questions about products or the company 3 Asking questions to understand customer's requirements and set up meetings/conf calls 4 Sales is all about numbers so strive for achieving the targets given (this point we can keep here or can mention under basic requirements) Required Candidate profileCandidate should be well groomed with Good communication SkillsShould have minimum sales experience of 1 year in related field (Bank, NBFC, Insurance, wealth brokerage firms etc)Can be male or femaleOutgoing and energetic attitude Good listening skillsMulti-tasking abilityShould be able to work in a teamVehicle is a must for candidates applying for Sales Executive ProfileInterested Candidates can also send resume on hrplexonicscomPerks and Benefits + Incentives + Other Allowances
