Designation - Sales Executive - Vedica (Horeca)

Location - Ghaziabad

Job Objective

Drive revenue achievement for the Vedica segment through aggressive market development, effective relationship with Hotels, restaurants, institutions, cafeteria etc

Key Responsibilities

Area Business Planning

Drive business planning for assigned Vedica product by cascading monthly sales targets for assigned

Develop roadmap to achieve Sales targets for Vedica, focusing on coverage expansion, distributor-wise plans and logistics plans

Provide inputs for manpower planning for Sales Executives and Sales Officers

Sales Planning & Operations

Drive achievement of Vedica sales target through addition of new accounts, increase in revenue from existing key accounts and by partnering with distributors servicing these accounts

Guide team in building relationships with channel partners; proactively participate in building relationships with critical partners

Coordinate closely with Production and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and documentation

Engage Horeca by implementing applicable trade promotions and schemes, conducting corporate events and other promotional activities

Track competitors field activities and identify ways to counter them Interact with channel partners on a regular basis and seek feedback; address grievances in a timely and prompt manner, if any

Operational Excellence

Drive initiatives focusing on Sales Enablement and enhanced SCM effectiveness such as Sales &Operations discipline, Sales Force automation, etc across the area

Oversee timely submission of required data to Sales Manager on monthly basis eg sales monthly reports, distributor claims, team expenses, etc

People Management

Drive a culture of performance amongst subordinates -set goals, review and manage performance, guide and counsel and provide feedback on performance to drive a engaged, motivated and committed team

Develop the capabilities to take on higher responsibilities while performing the given/in-charge responsibilities at various levels within the functions

Drive adequate training of sales teams to meet the requirements of the role and be able to handle market dynamics

Salary INR 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 PA
