Senior Associate/Associate HR - US Shift Biz2Credit is looking for a HR professional with 2-4 years of experience with MBA or 3 to 6 years without MBA This company is 12 years old, on a very fast growth path, well funded, stable, profitable and already a unicorn *We are looking for immediate joiners Time and Venue From 18th November to 20th November Between 1000 AM - 300 PM Biz2Credit, 9thFloor, Tower - A, Express Trade Towers, Sector -132, Noida About the Role The role is an amalgamation of HRBP and Recruiter The right person is a self starter and highly motivated individual who has the zeal to perform and get things done Location The position will be based out of NoidaSec 03 Responsibilities Staffing Responsible to do the quality hiring & hence devise the selection process to ensure candidate with right skills and sourced, screened, interviewed and shortlisted in conjunction with line supervisors Responsible to build right sourcing mix to keep quality hiring at optimum cost Emphasis on employee referrals, Job Portals, other economical recruitment tools for the speedy hiring with quality at low cost Emphasis on social media Responsible for the US staffing and adjustment of work timings as per allocated shift If the requirements are in bulk quantity Employee Engagement Incumbent should be able to design, plan, execute the employee engagement agenda Responsible for minimum upto 2 activities per month for employee engagement and other initiatives pertaining to employee engagement and employee R&R Responsible for managing employee engagement events in coordination with HR Admin SPOC and line managers Responsible to run the employee satisfaction survey and working on management action plan on a yearly basis Culture Building and participation for Great place to work MIS & Dashboards & Business Reviews Responsible to prepare the monthly daily/ weekly/ monthly report related to job Prepare Dashboard for recruitment and employee engagement activities Prepare attrition analysis and report and monitor action plan for better retention Preparation of PPT/ Reports for the periodic reviews HR Operations (Entire lifecycle) End to end working on the entire employee life-cycle including the following Employee Onboarding Process Payroll Process, Leave & attendance Statutory Compliances Separations and Settlements Transfers + Promotions Other HR Operations activities and projects (time to time) Performance Management Accounting to design, re-engineer and implement the performance management system Annual Performance appraisals Compensation & Benefits Responsible to adopt best compensation practices to attract and nurture talent Participation in annual C&B Surveys, benchmarking internal and external HR Audits Responsible to handle all (end to end) HR audits periodically Cross functional collaboration to handle audits and observations of ISO and SOC-2 Special Projects Incumbent will be assigned different HR project/ assignment as per business needs time to time basis
