The Companys Executive Team comprises of the Founders and C-suite executives responsible for setting the vision for the company and building/enabling the teams to achieve those The Cos Executive Team is looking to hire a Chief of Staff to execute on the vision laid out by them and drive operational efficiency in every function to enable Co to achieve growth in the next phase of its journey

About this role

This role provides an opportunity to work closely with the C-suite at one of the fastest growing Enterprise SaaS companies Cos s flagship SaaS product is being used by customers in over 20 countries globally and helps them with efficient customer engagement and taking more informed business decisions

We are looking for someone who could work closely with the Executive Team at and the processes and cadence to scale the organization to the next level We are a true startup Hence, the role would require dealing with chaos and ambiguity - a great opportunity for people who can work independently and are self-driven

Key Responsibilities

- Bring a fresh perspective to Cos product roadmap and GTM strategy (Go-To-Market Strategy)

- P&L, Owner of the product, Consulting & Sales

- Lay down the vision and charter for Product; institutionalize to key stakeholders in the organization

- Manage on ground sales teams in New York, San Francisco, Tokyo and Sydney - goal setting, revenue planning, account planning, sales ops management

- Deliver on long-term revenue and profitability goals from the Business Unit

- Drive adoption of Product in key identified customer categories to gain rapid market share in the first 90-180 days

- Work with data science, engineering and partnerships teams to identify new customer categories for Product-Market Fit

- Work with Sales to build case studies and references by vertical

- Track performance of various teams on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis for appraisals

- Build the annual operating plan and resourcing plan to scale the business
