Job Description:

About the opportunity This role will support the UX & Design Lead for the Digital Experience Studio, to progress and enable Fidelitys Digital agenda by embedding high quality design standards and drive consistency and efficiency when delivering end user experiences

Specifically, this role will serve to feed into the design function in India, ensuring the quality and consistency of our digital products follows our Global Design Standards (GDS), interface with the UX & Design lead, channel experience managers and service design teams and ensure that the design team follows the correct UCD methodologies and best practice user journeys

Key Responsibilities

Act as an advocate for Global Digital Experience across the business and maintain relationships with stakeholders and other GDE teams
Work with GDS team and be an advocate and support the latest design standards
Address design issues collaboratively with senior team members
Champion the good design practices
Responsible for your design delivery output in India
Help develop the design function and their perceptin in the business
Work with more senior members of the team to improve your knowledge and skill sets
Contribute to the overall success of the UX&D function in India
To properly service and work with Global clients, flexible working hours (UK / CE time zones) may be required

Experience and Qualifications Required

6 years in a digital design role
Demonstratable experience of designing UI for digital products
Experience designing responsive websites
Has a strong design portfolio
Ability to explain your approach and show how you madedesign decisiont
Ability to present your work to team members
Experience working with technology, marketing and businesses teams
Prototyping and design skills using industry standard tools
Must speak fluent English
Experience working with design systems
Experience in using digital best practices for digital based solutions, continuous optimisation within a mid-large organisation
Influencing skills, including communication, negotiation of deadlines and requirements, management of expectation, recommendations, quality of outputs etc
Demonstrable experience working to conceptual briefs provided by internal or external stakeholders and clients with support from more senior team members
Desirable but not essential skills Gesture based design, Native Apps (Android/iOS), Voice UI, HTML/CSS/JS, conversational design
