- Provide leadership and direction for the enterprise sales teams, including new business, strategic accounts

- Identify and win Enterprise accounts through effective new business development and account management

- Aggressively grow customer base and beat revenue targets

- Target key industries like marketing, broadcasting, sports, news, e-learning, etc

- Generate sales pipeline and closures to achieve the quarterly targets

- Assist with complex sales negotiations, craft sales positioning and presentation approach, assist with proposals and RFPs; be a closer

- Manage Customer Engagement, Retention and Upselling

- Coordinate with back content servicing teams, product team, and technology teams regarding client requirements as well as contract/SLA obligations

- Primary focus is to increase market share of VideoTap across the region by way of

- Consultative approach in building brand equity of VideoTap

- Enhancing client knowledge on the possibilities of Non-Linear Video capabilities

- Increase the number of demonstrations with prospective clients

- Sign up paid pilot projects

- Convert pilots to annual licensing deals

- Increase number of clients in the region

- Keep abreast of developments across related industries

- Should be able to demonstrate VideoTaps back end technology

Job Requirements

- 6-10 years of Solution Selling Experience is a must

- B2B Sales experience in large corporates

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

- Should be able to prepare proposals, independently

- Manage the response to RFPs after getting inputs from various internal stake holders

- Be target focused, while building deep relationships with customers

- Should be able to deal with CTOs, CIOs, CMOs and CEOs

- Understand basic financial concepts, P&L, Balance Sheet, Cost of sale, budget etc

- Customer Relationship Management and Negotiation Skills

- Analytical skills for analyzing products, customers and market dynamics

- Focus and ability to achieve competitive revenue targets

- Flair for taking up responsibilities independently

- Proactive go getter, comfortable in uncharted territory

Additional Skillset

- Exceptional written, verbal, presentation skills in English and strong inter-personal skills

- Demonstrated critical thinking and decision-making ability

Experience & Education

- Minimum 6-10 years of B2B solution sales

- Engineer from relevant field, with Masters in Sales and Marketing

- People with related sales experience will also be considered

- Strong background of revenue growth in related position within the industry

- Should be tech savvy, and comfortable with social media, and have a modern outlook

- Thorough understanding of computer electronics and networking
