Citi Realty Services (CRS) is a division of Citi Enterprise Infrastructure Operations & Technology (EI O&T), providing real estate support services to all Citi businesses CRS is dedicated to providing premises that are cost-effective, safe, and productive, and is valued by its customers as a strategic partner

The Business Office works with the other NAM regions, sub-regions and functional teams, as well as CRS Finance, Risk & Control, Strategy and Global Analytics, to ensure delivery of world class real estate solutions to agreed standards, at optimal cost, with minimal vacancy and within time frames to support CRSs business partners

The CRS NAM Business Office Analyst will assist in providing high-quality, consistent communications across multiple audiences (internal staff, business partners, CRS/Citi management), and analytical support to facilitate decision-making and effective ongoing operations of CRS NAMs 215 million square foot portfolio (167MM SF operating space; of this, 41MM SF is retail operating space) The NAM portfolio is comprised of 880 offices, operations centers, retail branches and data centers across the United States and Canada, with an annual operating budget of $940 million The successful candidate will also contribute to select initiatives and special projects critical to the regions strategic direction

The successful candidate will be responsible for

Managing data and reporting for the CRS NAM Retail sub-region, including weekly updates, monthly operating reports, portfolio projections, and key real estate and financial metrics

Participating in Compliance activities, such as DPC/OREO reporting and ensuring adherence to control priorities across the sub-region

Supporting the ongoing improvement and integrity of space & occupancy data, and ensuring accuracy to support internal rent charges

Developing and coordinating presentations and other management communications, including materials used to present information to internal clients and C-suite executives

Coordinating with the Asset Management teams to understand portfolio strategies and then to help communicate these strategies, eg, in management presentations and reports

Identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and supporting process improvements across the business office function

Contribute to, and occasionally manage, select initiatives and special projects critical to the regions strategic direction

Delivering standard and ad hoc data and analytic requests from internal CRS and external business stakeholders



Bachelors degree and 6-10 years of work related experience; Corporate Real Estate and/or Financial Services experience a plus

Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills

Excellent follow-up, persistence, and attention to detail

Solid technology orientation with demonstrated proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel (VBA programing and database management skills preferred); familiarity with SharePoint a plus; ability to quickly gain competency in using other applications as needed

Self-starter; works with minimal supervision and sometimes with limited information

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Adaptable, flexible, multi-task, and able to multi-task and respond quickly to changes in priorities

Ability to network effectively across a complex organization, interact with wide range of management and staff; and focus on process as well as results

Demonstrated professional ethics and integrity in carrying out responsibilities to clients, peers, and the franchise
