Job Description:

The Company is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company with teams in California and Bangalore They have raised a pre-seed round last year and are now closing the seed round It expects to hit a million dollar ARR in a few months

They are building a sales development automation platform that strings sales discovery and sales outreach together and completes the feedback loop to generate recommendations using ML

They are going after a billion-dollar opportunity Sales development is ripe for disruption, and customers are looking for solutions that can make their life easier Good opportunity to get into the company early and get substantial equity in a fast-growing VC funded B2B startup We are very competitive wrt salaries as well Good opportunity to build teams from scratch and lead them

Your Responsibilities

- Drive the entire vision and delivery of our products to keep the business relevant and competitive

- Conduct market research to identify user need for new products

- Prioritize product opportunities using criteria and requirements defined during research

- Establish requirements and specifications for existing and new products

- Clearly communicate the vision and goals of existing and new products

- Lead and participate in strategic meetings, and provide advice and guidance on product road mapping

- Manage cross-functional stakeholders in the business, product, design, and engineering

- Develop metrics to assess the success of products and features, and determine necessary enhancements

- Collaborate with customers, team members, and outside influencers to ensure a solid and well-rounded understanding of the product

- Develop product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launching)

- Craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns)

- Work with various teams (design, content, acquisition, product, sales) to implement strategies

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, solutions, and company offerings

- You have 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS products

- You have the ability to be creative, strategic, analytical, and think outside the box to solve complex problems

- You have interpersonal skills with a keen ability to explain complex concepts across the organization and large audiences

-You have hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle

-You have a technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies
