Job Description:

We have been retained by our client, a well-established, professionally managed NBFC (Non-Banking Finance Company), with international affiliations to identify a Vice President -National Sales (Mortgages) to be based in Mumbai

Job Purpose

- Plan, organise, direct and control LAP business activities and resources in order to meet retail business objectives

- Assess market conditions, define, recommend, implement and monitor LAP business strategy in order to gain and sustain the companys competitive edge and results

- Implement strategies to grow net revenues and endorse cost effectiveness and efficiency

- Participate in planning, budgeting and maintaining awareness of economic factors affecting the achievement of established organizational goals

Key Responsibilities

- Drive & establish the LAP business portfolio

- Responsible for P&L, productivity, financial planning and analysis, monitoring competitors activities, ensuring compliance with the product policies and pricing, tracking costs, ensuring cost control and reduction

- Responsible for increasing the direct business, Portfolio management & Retention

- Responsible for planning, developing, and implementing the strategies, policies, objectives and activities of the business to ensure continuing operations

- Responsible for increasing the market share of the business by introducing new product and improving on existing policies

- Responsible for Business Development & Promotional activities, Profitability & Productivity, Sales & Marketing, Recruitment, Training

- Using Analytics and IT Team to ring fencing existing customer through Innovative approach to increase direct business

- Research and write analysis and proposals as needed to assist in determining and meeting the long and short-term objectives for financial planning and execution

- Oversee activity reports to ensure safety and compliance with quality control standards, regulatory compliance, and rectify any deviation

- Preparing of detailed reports for committee and board meetings and related regulatory compliance

- Enhance Product Development based on the market intelligence to develop cost effective and innovative tech-savvy products, towards Identifying customer needs, and initiate action and follow up plan in order to meet customer expectations

Candidates Profile

Candidates should be MBA from a reputed business school with about more than 15 years relevant experience in Banks/NBFCs with at least 10 Years of experience in LAP sales
