MBA from Top Bschool with 10+yrs exp in PMS,HRIS,Talent Acquisition and New process implementation

- Must ensure robust compliance to the performance management process

- Must have done hiring for Senior level and HODs

- Drive Engagement with employees

- Ensure the performance management process is communicated in a timely manner to all employees and that the training on performance management system and process is given to all employees

- HR Systems and processes, Talent Acquisition and retention, Performance Planning and Management, Leadership and Entrepreneurial Development, Change Management, Capability Building
