Job Description:

- Our Customer Operations organization is responsible for working closely with our customers and internal partners to process orders within the Q2C framework along with providing world-class customer service throughout the process

- This organization operates out of its parent site in the US as also from India, Manesar campus

- We are looking to hire a Manager(VP level) for our Americas business operations to be based out of the Manesar campus in Gurgaon, Haryana, India

- (IM) is a senior leadership position

- This position oversees the quote-to-cash order delivery process and the back-office Service Delivery processes and is entrusted with providing a seamless buying experience to customers, fast and effective service delivery back-office processing, leading an engaged workforce, and maintaining the highest level of compliance and adherence to Standards of Business Conduct

- The incumbent will also provide strong leadership to the entire Americas team located in India with programs to support the companys core values and build a strong leadership bench

This position primarily manages evening and night shifts in India and will require to mirror the hours of operation for the teams

Key Requisites for this role

- University Degree/ MBA or equivalent plus 12-15 years of demonstrated industry experience integrating the resources from complex departments or functions Typically has minimum 5 years of increasing managerial experience

- Demonstrated ability to lead and transform organizations, build motivated and engaged teams, and sustaining a positive work culture

- Experience in setting clear organizational vision

- Demonstrated ability to define and execute strategic plans

- Established track record to define and implement strategies and programs

- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross functional teams to improve processes and provide critical problem resolution

- Experience managing other managers

- Previous experience directing and managing the resources of entire division/unit function, sales/support sub-region or program, or global function program

- Customer Services/Operations experience preferred

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Working in a global environment (multi-culture, multi- functional; remote environment)

- Operational Excellence mindset and capability to develop and deliver on best in class benchmarks

- Willingness to work in the Evening/ Night shifts
