Global Banking Technology (GBT) is a dynamic and fast-paced area within the Firms WM Technology Division We are responsible for creating innovative technology solutions for the Private Banking Group (PBG), one of the strategic growth areas of the Firm, providing cash management and lending products and services to our WM clients This includes state-of-the-art technology for a nationwide network of Private Bankers and product specialists who work with Financial Advisors to provide access to products and services such as online banking, cards, deposit products, residential mortgages, securities-based loans and tailored lending If you are an exceptional individual who is interested in solving complex problems and building sophisticated solutions in a dynamic team environment, GBT is the place for you

The team is looking for a well-rounded Business Analyst to join its the Wealth Management Technology Banking Service team Ideally, you would have a broad business analysis experience related to Banking systems as well as knowledge of financial services across multiple asset classes

The role requires you to have the ability to perform analysis and drive business enablement projects spanning multiple teams and regions front to back You should be comfortable working with IT and business unit stakeholders across the organization ( Wealth Management, Front Office, Reporting, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Sales and Trading teams etc),

You will be responsible for working closely with product owners, key stakeholders and liaising with the technology teams to ensure deliverables are met Our Banking Services Wealth Management division is undergoing exciting change and you will be heavily involved with this piece

The candidate should have worked in Agile projects and have in-depth knowledge on agile methodology

The candidate should have experience to lead small team of 3 to 4 BAs of both employees and vendors

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in information technology or a related field
10 years experience operating as a technical Business Analyst
Proven experience working with Financial Service and Banking systems
Strong analytical skills and ability to propose creative solutions to complex cases
Solid foundation in technologies including DotNet, SQL, Unix
Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills to document and explain models to multiple stakeholders
Working experience of Agile is must
Project management/coordination skills and ability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced environment
Experience in system implementation and optimization is a plus
