Job Description:

Must-haves

- 4 -5 years of experience driving online sales and growth via digital (25%) and affiliate marketing (75%)

- Relevant experience in an e-commerce/ mom or baby care start-up (preferably in healthcare, personal care and allied categories)

- Experience with a combination of performance marketing (25%) and affiliate marketing/ strategic alliances (75%)

- Should have handled large budgets on paid search with a proven track record

Preferred MBA from a Tier 1 institute (not mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

- Developing the brand (what does the brand stand for), content for social media, product strategy (how to position the products to consumers) and work with young parents

- Developing and identifying strategies for inbound and outbound campaigns including tactics such as SEM/SEO, Email, social, affiliate, alliances and drive traffic and conversions

- Day to day management and monitoring of performance/ tie-ups with hospitals or pediatricians, online channels like Amazon/ Firstcry, etc, child daycare centers, etc

- Understand conversions once tie-ups have been setup > how the customer behaves once the product is listed in hospitals who buy, how much and how they repeat purchases etc

- Visibility and promotion planning on partner platforms and working closely with the product team to ensure a consistent product experience on the web (and offline)
