This role is with a Fashion Brand headquartered in Gurgaon

This Person will Lead the Community Sales function with end to end accountability, including P&L Direct and oversee an organizations community sales policies, objectives and initiatives Set short- and long-term sales strategies and execution plan

Role Description in Detail

- Establishes Community sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products

- Implements community development and affiliate sales or direct sales programs by developing community

- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors Should be able to understand, relate and operate with the companys ethos, lifestyle & overall brand language

- Ability to have a good blend of innovation, business acumen, P&L management and market positioning of the brand

- Challenge the status quo and consistently identify areas for improvement, diagnose issues and work to resolve them

- Thorough professional with exceptional relationship skills with an ability to create a balance between Business Network, Corporate Set-up and their respective stakeholders

- Maintains Community Manager sales job results by counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results

- Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement and recommend ways to increase community generated revenue

- Initiate the new campaign idea and offer on various community platform

- Acquire the community sales marketing strategy with the aim of adding new sales partners and increase sales volume

- Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results

- Creating Brand awareness in the community Overseeing the Community & growth
