Job Title Vendor Service Analyst Grade BA4

Location Chennai

The role holder will work with the Vendor Service Manager to ensure 3rd party vendors delivers service performance in line with or exceeds contractual obligations, incidents & stock are managed to mitigate impact on SLA and operational controls are in place to mitigate risks and deliver effective governance of the service management processes

What will you be doing

Vendor Service Management - Accountable for ensuring 3rd party vendors delivers service performance in line or exceeds contractual obligations

Incident /Query Management management of incidents and queries raised by vendors/stakeholders to mitigate impact on SLA and route cause analysis identified to prevent recurrence

Stock Management management of stock to prevent stock out impacting SLA or overstock to mitigate destruction costs

Continuous Improvement - Instigate the development & delivery of service improvement plans by doing trend and GAP analysis Complete service improvements ranging from specific process issues through to overall MI reporting and internal incident management processes

Build an understanding of the specific cost, risk & service parameters, which underpin the service and use knowledge of the service / supply to identify / deliver improvements

Undertake detailed analysis of service / supplier management information,

Financial Management have an understanding on budgetary / financial control and reconciliation activities as required to manage the vendor budgets

Risk & Controls Management Identification and remediation of risks in relation to the service and associated products

Must be a degree/Master Degree holder with any discipline

Skills that will help you in the role

Strong communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to work with multifunctional & multinational stakeholders,

Ability to learn and adapt quickly and work independently, able to solve problems creatively

Highly organised, structured and logical thinker with strong analytical ability

Hands on experience in Vendor / Service Management

Hands on experience on Incident management / Change management

Familiar with Banking operations will be an advantage

Able to quickly absorb and assimilate large amounts of technical and business information to identify the most appropriate course of action to ensure consistent quality

Able to keep up to date with general technology advances, in order to provide innovative ideas for Service Improvements

Commercial awareness and understanding

Demonstrates initiative / Pro-active approach
