- Interacting with customers over call

- Assessing customers need to achieve satisfaction


- Convey accurate and required information to the customers


Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications


- Fluency in English communication is mandatory


- Flexible with night shifts (Home drop facility available)


- Five days working in a week (Saturday & Sunday fixed off)


- Fixed salary with lucrative incentives


- Both freshers & experienced can apply
