Channel - Agency Channel & Bancassurance

Designation - CAM/SDM/BDM

Roles and Responsibilities -

Business Development / Marketing

  • Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships

  • Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities

  • Identify potential clients and the decision makers within the client family

  • Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately

  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing and working through differences to a positive conclusion

  • Explain to the customer the various benefits of the products being distributed

  • Help the customer to complete documentation and application formalities

  • Ensure strict adherence to know your customer (KYC) norms in all applications sourced

  • Verify the authenticity of the documents and identify formalities

  • Identification of customer need and challenges

  • Client Relationship Management

  • Keeping in contract with existing customers in person and by phone, making appointment with and meeting new customers Agreeing sales prices, contracts and payments meeting sales targets

  • Promoting new product and special deals, advising customers about delivery schedules and after sales services

  • Recording orders and sending details to sales office giving feed back on sales trends

  • Only Life Insurance Experience Candidates Apply

    Salary - Upto 3 Lpa + Allowances + Incentives


    1 Should have work experience into Bancassurance channel or Direct channel  in any life insurance        company OR BFSI Sales

    2 Good Communication Skills

    3 Should have successive track record & should be stable in one company for at least 1 year

    4 Should be confident, street smart, aggressive, accountable & result oriented
