Role- Creative Director Exp- 8 to 10 yrs Salary- As per co std Location- MUMBAI Work with product managers to gather requirement, plan timelines, resources and execution on projects Buildmarketingbudgets to execute product andmarketingobjectives Direct teams to develop websites, Microsites, landing pages,digitalads Manage emailmarketing designing, integrating, tracking email campaigns, managing newsletters anddigitalnurture campaigns Develop monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting on alldigitalasset andmarketingcampaign performance Work with web designers and developers to produce creative designs for websites / emailers / brochures / campaigns etc Keep abreast and implement latest web technologies to improve the user experience Work with the team to build and analyze reports draw insights, help the team identify optimization tactics and adjust strategy accordingly Requirement Must have deep understanding and hands-on knowledge of, SEO, SMM, SEM, PPC, content creation and management aspects Must have managed a team of content writers, web designers, developers and SEO, SMM, SEM, PPC Analysts Creating social media communities and driving awareness & engagement Formulate the content strategy for alldigitalassets and be responsible for it Must have an eye for content that captures audiences and results in higher clicks and direct the content development team accordingly Deep understanding of web analytics tools acrossdigitaland social media Keyskills SEOSEM SMMDigital Marketing PPC Email Marketing Web Analytics Social Media Campaigns Content Strategy Desired Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have -8-10 years prior experience supporting direct-to-customerdigitalmarketingcommunications within a corporate or agency environment (or start up) Demonstrated project leadership indigitalmarketingcreative Development, cross-functional planning and campaign management Analytical skills; comfortable distilling campaign data into Actionable insights and optimization opportunities Strong understanding of the eCommerce and applications environment Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task Ability to work and deliver in tight timelines Good understanding of new technologies and how they can be applied tomarketing Strong understanding of web/digitaltechnologies Education- UGAny Graduate PGAny Postgraduate DoctorateDoctorate Not Required Interested candidates send your CV at Nehathakurisourcecorpcom 9765279069
