KEY PURPOSE -

To deliver Group Insurance Business  Performance Indicators and volume targetsKEY

RESPONSIBILITIES -

Setting up client meetings With (Brokers),No Retail Sales to be Doneregular follow-up and building network with the potential clients(Brokers)Completely Group Insurance sales For Corporate CompaniesAchieve and exceed business targets on a consistent basis, ensure compliance & correctness of key inputs-

Ensure specified number of prospect list generation-

Fact finding and driving the presence, reach & penetration of Group products into specified target segments-Ensure daily adherence to Sales Management System / Customer Relationship Management system-Ensure adherence to Sales Processes and systemsKEY CRITICAL COMPETENCIES -
