•       Calendar Management Maintaining calendar, scheduling /fixing and co-ordinating and prioritising appointments / meetings with internal team and external clients, sending reminders for the meetings, managing business calendar of events, daily schedules and provide relevant materials to meetings and appointments , Managing schedules and itineraries  

•       Interacting with visitors and taking care of them

•       Screening of mails/messages, forwarding the same for action to the concerned department and also immediate response , Communicating and handling communications, taking care of day-to-day correspondence of the CEO / Director

•       Coordination and follow up with various departmental heads, company heads, group heads of group companies for collection of data and information , follow up on project /event updates and the timelines

•       Making and coordinating international and domestic travel arrangements including agenda of the meeting ,invite letters, obtaining forex, vehicle arrangements, hotel accommodation

•       Administrative functions like preparing Travel Requisitions, Travel & Entertainment Statements and Monthly Expense Statements on reimbursement, conveyance expenses made on Cash Vouchers, approvals etc

•       Maintain confidentiality and proper storage of confidential data / information/records / files, maintaining physical and electronic office filing system, collate and file the incoming paperwork, presentations, and information & daily tasks

•       Taking care of personal work of CEO /Director Payment of bills, credit card, tax papers, Xeroxing/ filing and follow up

•       Other day to day work assigned by the CEO /Director and any other secretarial assistance required
