Admission Counsellor should be from nearby area of our branches only within 5-6 km, pleasing personality with excellent communication skills

Principal Accountabilities

Counselling new inquiries, taking feedback and follow-ups 

Converting inquiries into admissions

Responsible for overall development of the school

Developing a creative learning community across the school

Must have knowledge, understanding and enthusiasm for creative teaching and learning as a key to raising achievement, aspiration and motivation

To build a community of creative learning practice across the school, involving all departments as appropriate

Maintain rapport with parents and other responsibilities as required by the management

Confident and presentable personality with positive attitude

Excellent communication skills verbal and written

Strong convincing skills

Conducting events for increasing admissions like canopy, baby shows etc

Handling assigned administrative responsibilities like admissions, transports, and centres administration and up keeping of the playschools infrastructure

Qualification & Experience

Target oriented person

Should be fluent in English and pleasing personality

Basic knowledge of computer and internet

Flair in cold calling

Highly motivated and goal oriented

Candidate with good customer sales skills would be preferred
