Job Description:

Expertise in Quality& Food safety systems including HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, Food allergens, Facility Hygiene, Equipment calibration, Training, and Audit Management, skills in designing Along with effective food safety control
Identify key areas of risk in various food operations for early remedial actions
To ensure compliance with the regulations, licensing conditions and codes of practice
To monitor the health condition of food handlers and to arrange medical examination or suspension of work where necessary
Sampling and microbial analysis of hand swab, air, water, raw and cooked products
Monitor the operation of the Kitchen to ensure HACCP procedures are followed and clear records are kept at all times
Management review meetings and hygiene trainings for all employees
Ensuring Food Hygiene and Sanitation SOPs are regularly updated
Monitor grooming and personal hygiene of staff to ensure standards are maintained to the highest level
Must have worked or currently working with Hospitality Industry
