The product has a global audience and it needs a team of matching aspiration While currently we are operating out of Delhi & USA, we have lots of customers all over India which emanates the need of a physical presence in multiple cities Next, we aspire to be in 30 more cities and have multiple international offices







         Person should be currently working in direct sales and should have a minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience

         Should have good understanding of direct sales functioning environment

         Good experience in B2B sales

         Experienced in building accounts of Mid and Big size companies / partners

         Experience in Retail sector would have an added advantage

         Should be good in Account Management

         Will be responsible for Training the partners and their manpower to obtain high-quality results from them

         Manage and grow long term relationships with the partners and take initiatives to grow the business from those accounts

         Increase Vendors and Client satisfaction by solving their problems

         Meet Vendors / Client and train them on the new software feature regularly

         Good communication skills

         Should be presentable and should have good convincing skills

         Self motivated and can operate independently

         Should be Result driven

         Organizing sales visits and On-boarding new vendors/clients Should complete minimum 30 visits in a day and authentic data for the day should be entered in the

CRM / System without fail




         Person will be responsible for Account Setup and Free Trials for the partners In addition to this the person would responsible for regular feedbacks from those accounts and maintaining good relationships with them

· Candidate must complete all daily assignments promptly At the close of the day they must give their supervisor an oral update of their work and must file a written report at the first opportunity thereafter

 Candidate must complete at least 25 hours of talk time each working day with minimum 4 demos (online/offline) and complete 40 qualified free account setups in a month

Educational Qualification

 BTech, BCA, MCA, BBA, MBA, and Any Technical Diploma preferred


 3+ Years in Sales


 Decent hike on CTC  + Incentives
