Growth team at UrbanClap drives Customer Acquisition, Retention and Engagement More than 50 people across the core functions - Marketing, Product, Engineering and Data Analytics work together to deliver Growth projects

As a Sr Manager of Analytics in Growth Team, you will be leading data-driven projects that drive Growth and build capabilities that enable Decision-making across the function You will play a critical role in driving key business decisions by extracting meaning and insights from large data You will be working closely with Business, Product and Marketing Teams to identify, solve and implement solutions for problems You are expected to have first principled thinking, be extremely data friendly, to not settle, and manage work in a fast growing and dynamic environment

Job Responsibilities

1 Acquisition of Channel Models Building scientific models to track and improve efficiency of Marketing channels such as Facebook, TV, Influencer Programs etc

2 Build new programs to acquire Users such as Referrals

3 Customer Personas Building and improving user segmentation that goes as an input to all Customer Retention Programs

4 Tracking and driving Customer Retention Programs via data Campaigns, Communications, Loyalty strategies etc

5 Increasing Product Merchandising impact using data-driven insights

6 Owning Business Projections on an Annual, Monthly and a Daily level

7 Tracking Actuals, calling out key planning risks and working with stakeholders to fix them

- Budgeting and Resource allocation

8 Impact Estimation of proposed projects, Building Prioritization Frameworks

9 Leading Data building and tracking for New Capabilities built

Job Requirements

1 Minimum 2 years of proven work experience in business/data analytics

2 Experience in E-Commerce industry or other start-ups or Analytics Consulting would be a strong plus Strong Business acumen and problem solving skills

3 Demonstrated leadership which enabled business results

4 Go-getter attitude and willingness to be hands-on

5 Demonstrated leadership which enabled business results

6 Strong ability to communicate and work collaboratively with others
