Job Description:



The primary purpose of the Manager is to manage the Hiring & Onboarding Process, Central Coordination function, Reward & Recognition program for FCSU seamlessly for all external and internal stakeholders

The other purpose of the Manager FCSU H&O / CC / RnR within FCSU is to


  • Co-ordinate visits for Stakeholders Regulators / Monitors/ GIA / FCC Assurance or any other audit reviews at Chennai including but not limited to scheduling meetings/interviews with relevant Business Stakeholders

  • Be responsible for leading SCB s efforts to give powerful presentations (for MBR & other Management forums) with top-notch execution

  • Manage & track FMT, MBR and CFCC actionables

  • Interpret, evaluate and interrelate data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making for Management

  • Any other things which are related to FCSU audit including tracking of outcome for closure with relevant auditors

The Role Responsibilities
Hiring & Onboarding / R&R / Central Coordination


  • Work closely with the FCSU Functional Heads & Talent Acquisition team on the Hiring & Onboarding process management

  • Escalate issues to the FCSU management team if there are delays in hiring process

  • Establish ongoing reporting process on the JRs to ensure the process is in track on its performance

  • Consolidate and manage FCSU resource requirements when special projects arise

  • Facilitate Rewards & Recognition platform for the FCSU units to ensure engagement levels are high amongst the staff

Central Coordination

  • Be the one-point contact for all visitors / audits / reviews to be conducted at all FCSU Hubs

  • Co-ordinate visits for Stake holders / Regulators / Monitors/ GIA / FCC Assurance reviews including but not limited to scheduling meetings/interviews with relevant Business Stakeholders

  • Manage Agenda and other relevant items for all visitors

  • Co-ordinate all coordination as relevant & necessary and required by the visitors

Our Ideal CandidateTechnical Competencies

  • Min 4 to 8 years of experience working in any of the FCC/FCSU related departments

  • Excellent Knowledge on Financial Crime Compliance and banking

  • Good understanding of banking products, related transactions, and their inherent ML risks with a special focus on at least one of the following customer segments Retail, Private Banking, or Corporates

  • Analyse all complex data and identify requirements for business enhancement

  • Ability to convert data into presentations & Decks

  • Understanding of the purpose of various legislations and recommendations from international regulatory bodies and possesses comprehensive knowledge on how this is translated into Group Policies & procedures

  • Has an in-depth understanding of the audit review management processes and guides team members / colleagues on complex scenarios and decision making

  • Understands operational risks and controls

  • Excellent data and business analytics skills
