Opportunity

1 Planning & Execution Plan and execute the business acquisition plan for the Zone

2 Responsible to continuously improvise the productivity through training, regular interactions, reviews and feedbacks, hand holding and expanding the demand funnel

3 Responsible to establish a strong MIS and productivity trackers

4 Responsible for Zonal sales targets along with growth and profitability of the portfolio for the entire Zone

5 Conduct regular and detailed business reviews with the team, to ensure business strategies are executed Measure the productivity and efficiency level of sales team closely and initiate corrective action, leading to higher productivity/revenue per employee

6 Continuously monitor, assess, anticipate and meet requirements of the field sales with respect to policy and process simplification to reinforce the product in the market

7 New Branches - Responsible for setting up of new HUBs in line with a management plan

8 Quality - Responsible for the quality of the business portfolio, work closely with risk & credit teams to take necessary corrective actions

9 Conceptualize and develop business development activities to enhance the business volume

10 Responsible for Collections of delinquent accounts and manage a quality portfolio

11 Ensure Low attrition levels

12 Market intelligence, providing inputs and feedback for policy and process improvement

13 Responsible for Creating Lending Partnerships

Qualification CA/ CFA / Engineer / MBA - Finance from a Premier Institution

7 Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills

8 Understanding of Sales/ Credit/ Collection aspects of the retail lending business

9 Excellent Analytical & Problem Solving skills
