To provide administrative and clerical support and ensuring that the day to day operations run effectively and efficiently Primary focus will be on JAFZA administration

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Specify the output required from the job Identify not more than 7 Key Accountabilities & their performance indicators NB-Focus on outcomes not tasks

Responsible for completing all administration tasks that are required to comply with JAFZA authorities This includes activities such as PAC, CAC, CEC, salary letters, visa applications and others Maintain master spreadsheets of all cases handled Explaining rules to new hires (60 PERCENT percent of time) and ensuring timely applications of renewal and new access cards
Liasing with the HR assistant incase of PRO related work, inorder to ensure timely applicationsPassport Handling at AFL Head Office Coordinating the release and deliver of passports and other confidential documents to and from employees and Al Futtaim Group HO
Provide assistance in Etisalat Reconciliation on monthly basis in co-ordination with relevant feedback from the company mobile users and Official telephones recordsTime attendance Maintain and update all attendance records on a daily basis(10 PERCENT percent of time) and providing weekly updates to LMsPrinting of Employee ID cards for new joinees

JOB CONTEXT Define organizational policy and other factors that have a critical impact on the job

Since AF Logistics Head Office has a set up which is very demanding it requires a lot of coordination with JAFZA authorities Therefore this role requires incumbent to have the ability to multi-task and prioritise work accordingly This role also requires a customer orientated focus and incumbent must have strong teamwork skills as there will additional assistance required for various projects


Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge Graduate/Diploma

Minimum Experience At least 1-2 years experience in General Administrative functions and JAFZA regulations

Job-Specific Skills Sound knowledge in MS Office (Excel, word & PPT), Good verbal and written communication skills

Behavioural Competencies Demonstrate sound work ethics, be honest and trustworthy, be flexible, and possess cultural awareness, Ability to work independently and also as a team
