Job Description:

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- The Category Marketing Manager will be responsible for all acquisition + retention marketing activities for key business vertical(s) Key responsibilities include

- Lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution across key business verticals

- Liaise with key internal stakeholders viz, sales, product, tech, design to conceptualise opportunities & launch campaigns meeting the said objectives on time

- Using data to understand sales & market trends and make recommendations to relevant stakeholders based on the same

- Regular Market visits to be in touch with the pulse of the customer & translate them into actionable outputs

- Customer Obsession is a must Should be the voice of the customer and the first point of reference for All internal stakeholders

- Evaluate emerging technologies and opportunities Provide thought leadership for adoption & growth

REQUIREMENTS

- 4-6 Years hands on experience in building B2C or B2B brands in the digital domain

- Hands-on experience in working on Integrated Marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital etc)

- In- depth knowledge of website analytics tools (eg Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Mixpanel)

- Strong Analytical skills with experience in identifying audience & devising strategies to engage better

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Location - Mumbai, India

Age - 25-30

Education - PGDM/ MBA from Tier 1 colleges
