Research & Analytics

- Collect data on competitors- tactics, market conditions and consumer demographics

- Research customers- opinions, buying habits, preferences and wants/needs

- Study the competitions prices, sales numbers and methods of marketing and distribution

- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

- Problem-solving skills through research and acquired data

Marketing

- Develop, maintain, implement and execute a comprehensive brand management plan

- Maintain all web sites, electronic media pages, social media and other applications

- Ensure consistency of all advertising, promotions and communication across platforms

- Participate in department meetings to plan promotions, in-store messaging and merchandising

- Work with Operations and Sales personnel to coordinate advertising and other publicity for promotions Produce publications for promotions

- Develop and build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors

Sales

- An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics

- Drive & manage a high-performance sales team

- Should possess customer retention ability along with excellent negotiation skills

- Should be able to impact the business by educating the organization on solutions to satisfy customer needs and contribute to its growth

- Monitor and forecast marketing/sales trends; highlight opportunities for new initiatives and promotions

- Plan and execute sales plan on a micro and macro level

- Give constant feedback to improve reach and improve revenue on a month-on-month basis

Planning & Finance

- Develop and manage brand management budget

- Monitor key industry and consumer trends

- Review financial performance reports, monitor deviations from budget and take corrective action as necessary following established procedures

Customer Service

- Provide internal and external customers with excellent service at all times

- Ensure efficient, informative, and friendly service in all areas according to established customer service vision and standards
