New hire training
Drive Continuous learning
Enhance learning experience and also be able to come up technology-based training
Manage facilitators for learning programs
Work closely with trainers during program delivery to improve on-boarding experience and improve learning curve

Candidates should be from Outbound Sales background
Hands on with MS Office tools ie Excel, PowerPoint & Word
3 to 4 years experience into Training with at least 1 year in the relevant role
