Ensure adherence to Production plans Ensure adherence to Quality Standards Monitor and improve Manpower utilization Improve Line OEE Compliance to Preventive Maintenance schedules to minimize Equipment Downtime Implementation of the TPM and other related processes Organize timely dispatches of refined Oil to various plants as per the schedule given Management of operations at vendor location Work for installation of new machine or assets in plant Ensure compliance to statutory requirement related to filling dept Coordinating Production executive in TPM and other related processes like Kaizen, OPL, 5S, GMP etc in Plant Monthly closing and reconciliation
