As a Program Manager, Sales Operations you will help envision and execute on a strategy for establishing world-class sales programs We operate at an immense scale with a large number of Cycle and Mobile dealers, a highly talented team and unique needs across different segments & markets What projects can we run to accelerate the productivity & effectiveness of our teams ? What programs can we build to strengthen and grow our dealer partnerships ? What sales activities do we prioritize for the maximum ROI impact on the P&L ? These are the types of questions you will work on every day

You should have strong analytical skills, the ability to interpret data and identify improvements in the context of our business, strong project management skills, and excellent stakeholder communication

You are a self-starter and collaborative leader Everywhere you go, you cant help but mobilize people, build things, resolve problems, get into the details, go above and beyond, and draw out the best in people

- Work closely with the Sales team, APAC to identify, prioritise and scope projects to deliver on business objectives, specific to improving team effectiveness, productivity, Sales ROI, and Sales & GTM Strategy

- Apply a data-driven approach to define, assess, test and implement potential solutions Report on results and share best practices

- Manage and execute initiatives including project management & tracking, stakeholder management, and internal & external communication

- Set clear objectives and measures Monitor progress, productivity, and results Drive business review cadence and develop reporting frameworks to facilitate alignment, learning and improvement, and accountability

- Coordinate with the multiple Sales teams, and stakeholders across the business (eg, Ops, Marketing, Finance, etc) to drive continuous improvement on operating metrics on a portfolio of projects

- Be a thought leader, and drive alignment around business priorities, provide insights to set strategic direction and prioritize a portfolio of initiatives Be a hustling multi-tasker Youll be the go-to person for many key strategic and operational initiatives

What Youll Need -

- A minimum of 3-5 years of strategy/investment banking / consulting / business intelligence/sales operations or related experience

- Strong analytical skills and business acumen Aptitude for framing business questions with data, translating business needs into strategies, and executing tactics and process improvements

- Experience with Sales GTM - acquisition, account management, and support processes, systems (eg, CRM, reporting), and datasets Geek out in understanding the sales funnel and sales operations best practices

- Experience in developing and managing programs with high proficiency in process design and optimization, project management, cross-functional buy-in, piloting and evaluation, and rollout/adoption skilled at project and process management to balance between urgent and important requests; thrives on change and comfortable with ambiguity PMP or similar certification is highly desirable

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences, as well as stakeholder management and consensus-building, and project management

- Would be an advantage if you have proficiency in accessing, linking, and analyzing data from structured and unstructured data environments (eg, SQL, Python, R, SPSS) and partnering with Data Architects/Analysts to establish infrastructure to facilitate adoption of standardized metrics/reports and data discovery for non-technical analysts, and CRM/BI tools preferred
