Job Description:


- Responsible for the retail sales, walk-in generation, stock turn, AMC, mark-up and store profitability, customer service / experience, Franchisee relationship, and other store retail metrics


- Implementing the Local marketing initiatives and generate walk-ins

- To manage and drive all the Mia counters in the south region

- Stock-turn, AMC / Mark up

- Store profitability

- Franchisee Management - manage the current showroom network in the territory and identify opportunities for network expansion

- Consumer understanding and competitor benchmarking

- Creating fans for life & driving improvements from C-SAT study

- Co-ordination with merchandising / ISCM team and ensure product availability including customer order

- TWOL implementation

- Staff Training and motivation

- Identify the opportunities for Network Expansion & Ensure project

- Managing the merchandise and product mix


- Retail sales targets including GHS

- Mark-up and AMC, Stock Turn

- Store Profitability

- No of local marketing initiatives and its effectiveness

- C-SAT score and improvements

- Franchisee relationship index


- Post graduate in Management with 2-6 years of experience in sales / retail marketing

- Knowledge on Merchandising, Customer Engagement

- Knowledge on retail metrics and retail store finance / profitability
