Job Description:

Responsibilities include

- To perform HR operations / related activities on various systems (SAP, Darwin Box etc), primarily pertaining to the employee life cycle (from onboarding to separation) - Offroll or onroll

- To process the various HR transactions as per the laid guidelines/SOP

- Outbound/Inbound calls from employees & other HR Staff (Good Communication Skills)

- To receive/respond to e-mail inquiries - (must have good e-mail writing skills)

- To perform tasks within the turnaround time and be able to multitask on a day to day basis

- Employee database management

- Manage attendance process for processing payroll

- Handle payroll related queries for appropriate closure

- Vendor management for HR service providers

Desired candidate profile

- 5-8 years of work experience, knowledge and understanding of HR processes, programs and policies

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail

- Prior experience of HR Master data maintenance in SAP, attendance and payroll management

- MBA In HR from a reputed university

- Solid skills in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)/ G-Suite
