- 8-12 years of industry experience in training and development

- Corporate Training exposure is a must

Overall Purpose/Objective

- Of the job Responsible for driving the training and development initiatives of on-roll staff with special focus on functional and behavioral training Oversee the training implementation of off roll staff at Centers

Key Responsibilities

- Determine learning needs & identify learning gaps by meeting with various stakeholders on the Learning Agenda

- Designing interventions as per business requirement that will take the organization to the next level with respect to driving the learning culture

- Understanding various methodology of learning and enhancing the blended learning approach so as to create the right mix of learning opportunities for all employees like Classroom Learning, capsule learning, knowledge sharing, elearning, Outbound training etc

- Designing and implementation of Training Calendar as per the TNI

- Designing the various modes of learning so as to develop the Learning Culture and to implement the same for internalization

- Design and present the annual Training Calendar to GM / VP HR for finalization

- Assist in preparation of various functional/technical training modules as per business needs

- Create / update content and modules for behavioral pieces of training

- Conduct various training programs on behavioral topics

- Assist in the automation of training function

- Analyze the impact of trainings imparted and ensure continuous enhancement of training programs to achieve desired ROI

- Analyzing the gap in proficiency level Handholding Leaders and managers on How to Observe Behaviors and to understand the gap in proficiency levels so as to determine

- Usage of right tool to support managers in determining the gap in the proficiency level which will also include in-house conceptualization of such tools basis the Behavioral

- Initiate new training concepts basis business needs and customize programs

- Maintaining and updating the Training SOP as per requirement

- Fire, Life & Safety Supervising and conducting the Fire & Safety training Helping in the aspect of SOP Creation, training module development basis the SOP, implementation of FLS training calendar, etc

- Prepare, maintain & analyze Training data and circulate MIS

Interventions to develop people managers Designing the content of HR for Non HR with the help of external consultants and further implementation

First time managers Creation of module, implementation and handholding of these managers to deliver results as per the expectation of the organization

Long term Development Designing of Leadership Development Program / Manager Development Program and tracking the implementation with effectiveness (This intervention to define the

Hi-Pot Development Tracking the implementation of the IDPs and successful completion as per the timelines

Assessment Centres Partnering with external consultants for Assessment Centres for Managers & Above

Assessment Centres for Promotions Designing the Assessment Centres at each level for Promotions basis the Functional and Behavioral Competency requireme, Performance

Conversations Driving workshops around constructive performance conversations and feed forward

HR Automation Leading the Oracle HR Automation eLearning module during the phase II implementation of the Project Horizon (HR Automation Project)

OFF ROLL EMPLOYEES

- Supervising the implementation of Training Calendar month on month, Mystery Audits, report Sharing with stakeholders

- Conduct monthly training audits at locations to assess training quality and effectiveness

- Analysing the business requirements and improvising the training modules and adding new Training modules as per requirement

- Prepare, maintain & analyze Training data and circulate MIS
