The Data Management team requires a Test Data Analyst to support the delivery of several technology work streams This critical project role will incorporate several deliverables

The successful candidate will be an experienced Test Automation Analyst with a track record in delivering multiple concurrent, complex projects The successful candidate is expected to

Plan and execute activities in relation to test preparation scripting, execution and reporting

Work within Agile team and work to analyse data for different patterns

Create and expend Test automation frameworks with Genie framework

Implement Test Automation scripts

Prepare the Automation Test Strategy and roadmap for the area

Communicate to Scrum Master and stakeholders on the Test Status, risks and issue resolution

Should be able to work in adaptable timing as integration within London hours is needed

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Work within Agile team to deliver quality products as one team

Identify test data required to complete the test activities

Conduct test case preparation and execution manually and via automation

Apply statistical tools/models to perform advanced data analytics, identify key underlying drivers for growing customer engagement and business opportunities, and recommend a clear action plan going forward

Develop and implement artificial intelligence algorithms, rules and rapid prototypes from big data sets that will be fed into various business programs

Behavioural segmentation based on customer journey, profiles, transaction patterns, and app activities that will lead to highly personalized customer insights

Design and monitor A/B testing and various engagement activities

Perform deep-dive analysis to solve various business problems arising from marketing, dynamic incentive programs, and campaign management Build and automate intuitive dashboards that help visualize and answer complex business problems Job Requirements

Analytical mind with sound business insights Ability to translate the business problems and requirements into analytics solutions

Knowledge of a variety of predictive models, machine learning algorithms and statistical techniques, eg logistic regression, decision tree, clustering, neural networks, support vector machines, principal component analytics, natural language processing

Qualifications & Skills

10 years using test automation frameworks ie Genie, Cucumber, Selenium, FitNesse, TestNG, and QTP

Experience in Automation testing using BDD Cucumber framework and have used tools like GIT/Stash and Jenkins

Behaviour-driven development (BDD), FDD and Data Driven Framework expertise needed

Extensive Experience in KDB, KDB programming needed along with q

Desktop based application automation using Test Complete and UFT

Java, Cucumber testing framework, Gherkin test-case definition language

Selenium Web driver

HTML5, DOM model, XML, XPATH, JavaScript, SQL

Hands on experience on DB level and service level testing

Knowledge in Integrated Development Environment (IDE) such as Eclipse and IntelliJ

Working experience on both manual and automation testing

Proven experience in coordination of many dependencies and multiple demanding stakeholders in a complex, large-scale deployment environment

Proven skills in co-ordination and leadership working with vendors and internal teams

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to manage a diverse and challenging stakeholder community

Should have been an active member of Agile teams, partner with Software Developers, Product Managers, and other Test Engineers to identify the components of the system to be automated

Diverse knowledge and experience of working on Agile Deliveries and Scrum teams

Desirable but not Essential

Understanding and knowledge of Data Analytics

Understanding of financial markets business front/middle/back office
